If you have an aspen with the second row that has a console, can you replace it with a row of 3 seats, no console?

What you mean just take them out and store them in the garage?....I see know problems with that unless the air-bag system relies on the info from whatever airbags may be present...if the thing has no electrical connections would see no problem in doing this~

as far as replacement, are there going to be good anchor points? was the chassis designed for this? is there going to be provisions for seat belts....no...would be my answer on replacing it with a row of three because of the mounting and seat belt situation~

Randy, I have a 09 Chrysler Aspen and i can not find the middle seat to my second row, i desperate need to find one as currently my vehicle can only hold 6 of my children and im needing to fit 7. with one in the front that is. where do i go or order the seat to replace my console???

I paid $100 at a local junk yard for the whole bench from a model that didn't have the captain's chairs. I think there where 8 bolts and the job was done. I did have to have a friend help me handle it because the whole bench is one module. On a side note...the seats tip up to let ppl out of the back...when the seat isn't installed, the catches don't have anytgung to latch on to so the seat doesn't stay down unless you pry the jaws open while holding the release lever...you'll see. My in-laws have a Durango, I bet a similar year might work as well...see if they allow returns. Should match up. I literally have had the captain's bench in my garage because I hate to part with it...but carseats take priority.
