Stuck brakes?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I will be driving down the road and my car
tries to stop. I had soneone check the
caliper and the front driver wheel was 250
degrees,so I had it changed. Now it doing
the same thing again. Same wheel was 237
degree's. Also my friend put it in neutral and
tried to push it and it wouldn't move, we let it
cool down then it let me move it. Help!!!!!

Sounds like collapsed rubber brake line hose going to caliper. Replace both
