My cars radio is not turning on, this happened right after a new battery was installed in the car. The mechanic said something about I had to repogram it. Is this true?

Probably so. Read your owners manual on the radio. It's a pain in the back side anti-theft thing. If someone steals it, it won't work for them once the power has been disconnected. If the manual doesn't tell you how to reprogram it, you will have to take it to the dealer. Nice huh?

Yay!!! Its working now, I came out here to see if I could mess with it to get it working, but I soon as I turned on my car it started working!! Thanks for ur help.
