how do I put the power steerin belt on?

The power steering belt? doesn't it have a serpentine belt?

Just a question. Why did it come off? Is it old and need replaced or do you have a pulley issue or something else causing it to come off? Would be to your advantage to find out why it came off and fix that issue to so it does not come off again. IMO anyways.

Route the belt as shown in the diagram, but leave it off the tensioner pulley. You'll need to put a wrench (14 mm I think) on the bolt head in the middle of the tensioner pulley and turn it to the left to move the pulley so you can slip the new belt over it.
