The Volume would seem to be controlled by the brake and accelerator. Not only is this redundant because it already has a quiet engine but its also Extremely Annoying! How do I disengage this function?

Hyundai appears to call this feature SDVC (Speed Dependent Volume Control). Check your owners manual for how to turn this off.

So I checked my manual and there was nothing that said how to turn it off it only mentioned it ( and quite proudly I might add) as a feature. Does anybody know how to turn it off?
