Not STARTING.little red light car with lock

I can't start my van.. it has a little red light with a car
LOCKED.. beside my odometer

Sounds like the security system has shut down the vehicle. Unfortunately you need to be towed to your local Chevrolet Dealer for repairs. Sorry! Jim
