Revs but won’t turn on

My 1984 Bonneville kept stalling
I had to keep getting it jumped. I got a new
battery same problem but then it would crank
but not start, lights, radio etc. work. I replace
the Distributor cap rotor and spark plugs and
wires. Still won’t turn on?
Any suggestions?
