My rear brake caliper is seized.

Is it possible to drive without one rear break caliper on a
07 mazda 3? Is there a way to secure it to vehicle without
removing it? The caliper is seized.

You can drive it but you may not be able to stop. This is known as suicide.

It may be known as manslaughter also. Get the damned thing fixed or keep it off of the roads.

Considering the photo I would say child endangerment is a guarantee. Drive with no brakes and lose your kids.
