Driver side heated seat button

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 2007 GMC Yukon. All the buttons work
except the button to turn on the heated seat for
both the back AND bottom of the seat. ( the button
for just the back works just fine) why would all bu
one button work?

I should add that it works sometimes but it’s becoming less and less that it will even turn on. We had the interior hand replaced and I’m wondering if that could have affected it
