If you are stuck on finding where water could be coming from, get a dye pack from most any auto parts store. They're just little different colored tabs you can place around the outside of the car, then hose down car and see which color appears on the inside indicating where leak is occurring. The color washes off so won't ruin anything. You could also clean out any channels behind body panels to ensure debris isn't causing water to back up and enter vehicle.
