That cherokee SJ is the coupe version of the Jeep Wagoneer. There are a lot of engine versions included V8's, various of them chevy. But probabbly is the AMC252. That engine is 4.2 liter in 6 inline, without fuel injection, so it couldn't be good for your wallet. In addition, actual mileage of a car like that can be different between similars because of the maintenance and engine or transmition conditions. The range that I can give you is up to 8 to 12 mpg, but may be so different.
