Defroster doesn't turn off

My 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan defroster and heater stays on while the heating  
system  is turned off. What can I do ?

If your talking about the blower motor keeps running? Pulling that 40 amp fuse in diagram should kill the blower motor. see ac heater control in diagram, off position and different speeds, that control is on the front blower motor ground circuit. The blower motor can't work w/o ground. Maybe something wrong with that controller? good luck
