Hello shi-- There are a lot of reasons for the high idle, including the EGR valve, the idle air sensor, ther idle speed actuator, the idle stop solenoid and the throttle position sensor. Take your pick, or have a trustworthy mechanic look at it for a more specific diagnosis. Good luck from Bovan.
