Question type: General

My husband is in the process of restoring the truck. We
replaced the carb brakes and belts and fuel pump. It has a
2.0 l motar manual transmission. We've done all this but
here's the prob .    We've closed almost all vac line that didn't
fit on our Weber carb . So when he come to a complete stop
it'll cut off. Does anyone the prob I need to fix?

Make sure the idle cut solenoid is working properly, most replacement carbs make you use the old one.

Thanks ..question would it have anything to with the AC pullie being lose as in not tight enough around both pullies. His dad told him to just cut it off for now untill we get a new pullie.

AC has it's own drive so no that wold not be causing a problem
