What causes my car to idle unstable at a cold start and shake til its warmed up??

I start my car in the morning and it idles between 500 rpm and 1000 rpm unstably and the
car shakes a little till its warmed up, when the cars warm it runs fine other the a jerk at
random times when sitting at a stopping point..... can anyone help....

throttle body usually gives problems ,try cleaning it with carb cleaner
