my clk 1999 is kinda worrying me , its exhaust started to disperse some smoke at the ignition could it be a bad sign ?

Smoke is typically a bad sign coming from exhaust. What color is it? That will usually tell you what's going on inside the engine. If it's grey, it might mean there's an issue with your valves and its seals. If it's white, it might be something with your cylinders or their heads. If it's black, then your car might not have enough air going into the engine to equalize the amount of fuel going to the engine (called stoichiometric pressure). You may have bad fuel injectors or even just a dirty or clogged air filter. Either way, you should probably get it checked out.
