i can't get in my s500 the battery is dead aand the truck will not open HELP

if you've got the two components and the failure was at the passenger side of the firewall, I'd suggest grab hold of the sheath with vice-grips with one hand and grab the cable with the other had and PULL, releasing the hood~

i guess you don't have the mechanical key , since you can use it and open the trunk manually, and it should open
