Rough idle

Hi there, when i had the car in park gear the revs
would jump up and down and the car would make
a funny noise. This happened when the engine was
hot! Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank
you.

Hi tom, there is no engine light on. The" noise" is related with the air intake. Is like someones accelerating the car. Could this be because of a bad spark plug?
