I was installing an amplifier and I accidentally
touched the positive wire with the ground and it
short the whole car out now the car wont turn on
no power to anything  what can I do

If there is a box on top of your battery check it out to see if there is a fuse inside but the box I am talking about is usually mounted on one of the fender walls. Looks like a big black box with writing on the cover showing what fuses are it.
