2006 Volkswagen Beetle not starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When turning the key, lights come on for just a
moment, but nothing is turning over or even clicking
No sounds. Car will start when being jumped. we
think it's something to do with the Starter Relay but
no clue where that is located in the car.
