It won't stay started

My 2001 Saturn lseries won't
stray running. The key broke off in
the ignition and a friend drilled the
ignition out.now it starts but won't
stay running.is it possible to by
pass the anti theft feature. Or am
I totally screwed I'm a single mom
with no $ to spare till Feb next
year and the registration is dew
