UK & US differences

Asked by G3orgi3B Dec 23, 2007 at 07:47 AM about the 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution

Question type: General

From what i've gathered you guys across the pond have one standard power level but then have an option of different trim levels.

It works a little differently over in the UK.

We just have one trim level but then have different power levels 300bhp, 320bhp, 340bhp, 360bhp and the 366bhp MR version.
Of course your evo can be tuned after purchase but i still find it odd that mitsubishi sell the evo in the US with significantly less power.

That really sucks, but then i could moan all day about the amount of tax the UK government puts on petrol. It works out to about $9 a gallon or $2 a litre. But the German autobahn isn't too far away so i gues that makes up for it.
