did they come equiped with a block heater and where is it located?

i need to plug my mazda in it will not start in cold weather, and i was hoping i could just buy the cord to attch to the bock heater on the engine and plug in. but i dont know where its at or if there even is one on it.

if it come with one will be on driver fender under hood,will be rooled up like a drop cord,if gas engine no heater.

yes they do come with a block heater the plug should be down under the bumper on the drivers side.
