If you are talk about replacing the interior door handle only, yes you can do it without removing the door panel. To remove. First remove the screw that holds the door handle in place, second firmly slide the door handle assembly toward the front of the car, third swing retaining clips off the door lock rod, and door handle rod. To install reverse the removal order, and your done
