Cooling system 4.7 Jeep Commander

I replaced the The water pump the thermostat the
radiator and redid the seals behind the timing cover
and it’s still wanting to overheat when you drive it
but soon as you put it in park it cools down without
shutting it off

This is a coolant circulation problem. Flush out the cooling system with a chemical cleaner and make sure you don't have air trapped in the cooling system. Hope that helps! Jim
