1993 E350 high idle

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 7.5 Ford won’t idle down and sometimes it runs away. {rpm}. I took it
smog, failed the first time. But it passed 2nd time. And since then I’ve had
this problem. Appreciate your help.
