Why is my water pump squealing and smoking ??

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just replaced a serpintine belt on my
Ford F250 that ripped . After I put it
on and started the truck the water
pump started squealing and smoking
. Also I forgot to mention that my
heater and ac haven't been working
even before the S-belt ripped . A
couple answers said its ac
compressor . What you guys think ??

I agree with Js. See what is frozen and all of us can negotiate how to fix it.
