i want to change a 99 f250 into a02 f150. can it be done?

Yes it can be done at great cost, but you would be better of buy a half ton truck then try to redesign a 3/4 ton truck into a half ton truck.

How would you change a 1999 truck into a 2002; or why would you even want to? Talk to the DMV and see if you can retitle the truck. Or put it into a David Copperfield show.
