IAC controls air while at idle so it may be bad or need cleaned. Use throttle body cleaner and small brush set (nylon) and a new gasket, May as-well do the throttle body too, same deal & use a new gasket.

Otherwise cleaning does not help, can test it (IAC) I do not have the procedure in front of me (takes voltmeter).
Stays running if my foot is on the gas but as soon as I take my foot off it dies.
