oil overful between oil changes 2001 Dodge R1500

Check the oil closely, see if it is milky, it would have to be coolant, or just overfilled, but if you had the oil changed at a quick lube, it is possible they overfilled it. Happen to me once, never went back and do it myself again.
there is no antifreeze in it and I cannot smell any gas in it. It wasn't overfull to start with and always becomes overfull buy 1000 miles
And it is not because all the oil wasn't drained out? Would it be that you check the oil while traveling with it, check the oil and think it is low so you add another quart? The best time to check the oil is in the morning after it sits overnight to get a true reading. That insures that all the oil is drained down to the oil pan after the engine has ben running.
no the vehicle sits overnight and then the oil is checked. Im baffled as well
I have heard of this once before, can't remember why now, when and if I think of why this happens, I will post again. Sure it is not coolant?
