Since your pump is new try going to the fill neck and have someone turn the key on without starting it. Then listen for the whine from the fuel pump pressurizing the system. If you don't hear this, check the fuse and relay. Possible failure of either one of them is there. If those are both good, check the fuel pressure and see that is between 55 & 60 PSI with the engine off and key on. If that is good, then check the pressure while running, if the fuel pressure regulator is bad your pressure will be zero up to 20 PSI or so.
