Dodge no spark

No spark changed the ecm still nothing
relays good fuses good and I’m getting fuel
again since I switched ecm but the old ecm
wouldn’t comuicate with the tester what the
hell is going on it wants to start with starting
fluid what do I do I need help I’m at the end
with this truck

bad coil , cam sensor or ignition pick up inside distributor . Wants to start with starter fluid? that's another issue and if it wants to start with starter fluid you are getting spark. So you are now getting spark and it starts with starter fluid so next would be fuel relay or fuel pump. When you turn the ignition on you should hear the fuel relay click and the fuel pump kick for a second or two as it pressurizes. If this happens it could be the fuel injection pressure regulator
