2003 Hemi Ram Pickup Gone Haywire

Driving the other night on the interstate, hit a small pothole, enough to bottom the front suspension, and the following happened immediately: A/C compressor stopped (no power to the indicator light, fan blows), speedometer quit, cruise control quit (imagine because linked to the speedometer), all dash indicator lights came on and stayed on, ABS light, Brake light, Check Engine light. I tried disconnecting the battery as a hard reset, nothing changed. Looked up under the car for any pinched wires, loose or broken connectors, etc., checked fuses and relays and didn't see anything. Any ideas ? Thanks for your time.

you should take it in for a scan,their are so many scensors on these trucks,you could have knocked one loose.
