I pulled truck into my garage to change two leaking power steering hoses-went to restart truck -truck cranks over but won't start. replaced crank shaft sensor, two batteries, fuel filter in engine compartment.  checked fuses and relays all good-checked fuel pump -fuel coming into bowel for engine fuel filter.  I plugged truck into heat water up and bipass grid heater.   I  put scanner on truck getting trouble codes P0338 crankshaft position sensor A circuit high,P0653-sensor reference voltage B circuit high, P0643sensor reference voltage A circuit high,P0699-sensor reference voltage C circuit high, P2128 Throttle pedal position sensor switch e circuit high, P1755, manifold absolute pressure barometric pressure correlation.   Any insight or help is appreciated

I found out what the solution to my problem was thanks to sharp diesel technicans at Kovatch KME in Nescohoning, PA. The ECM in my truck is bad. Thanks to all that who looked over my problem.
