Won't start.

When in Cab Dash get's hot from the Sun, there's no Click or any Noise. Batt good, Got Gas, Just last week changed Oil, Replaced ICM, Checked all Fuse's.

Do you get dash lights? Am I to understand when car gets hot on inside and you turn on ignition key car gets no power? Or is it just the starting system?

Time to start checking your grounds (battery to engine/battery to body and frame) then check the the positive connection at the fuse box (one under the hood on the passenger side) Those are known to get corroded and things like change in temp can make them fail. Check the connections to your starter (again for corrosion)
