I can't get the compressed to come on to add  
R134 refrigerant  in my 1999 buick lesabre 3,8 litre

find the relay box under the hood.....find the relay for the a/c pull the relay and jumper the pins going to the compressor......this will allow the compressor to run and you can add refrigerant. You may also need to disconnect the battery when you are finished to reset everything.
