The lights from the inside don't turn off
even when the car is runnin

In most cars there is a knob that allows you to increase/decrease the brightness of the lights in the panel. However, if the setting is at maximum brightness, it also turns on the lights inside the car permanently.

Tried that...Off...Bulb had to be removed from interior overhead light so that battery would not lose charge....What is the correct way to repair it? 2003 Buick Century...
