2004 Le Sabre horn troubleshooting

2004 Le Sabre with horn that does not work.  Checked and swapped out fuse (with spare), but this does not fix the problem.  I see there is also a horn relay and have located it; but do not know how to test or tell if it is functioning properly.  Can this relay be swapped out with a nearby one (to test), and if so; which (if any) would be compatible?

Yes you can swap one for the other , give the horn a good ground and you can try to hot wire the horn , If you have a multi meter you can test all these things ( if the horn gets juice ) and have a better idea of what's going on . It could be the switch in the steering wheel , that's why you test to see where the problem is .
