Did you purge the coolant while filling? If it isn't circulating the thermostat may not be opening or you have a blockage in the cooling system air or otherwise. If the water pump seal failed prior to replacing and the vehicle overheated you may have a blown head gasket. You can do a chemical block test to see if exhaust fumes are getting into the cooling system to rule this out. Any smoke coming from the ehaust pipe or smell of antifreeze?
