Is it advisable to fit a turbo timer to a new LC 70, 07 cab chasis 4.5lt V8 turbo? ive heard that they dont need them because the turbo does not have bearings. any suggestions?

I think any Turbocharged vehicle would appreciate being run at idle for a minute or more before shutdown. Most old turboes did not have bearings, the newer ones have ball bearings. However, a turbo timer is a very big help, even on a non-turbo engine, its always nice to circulate the oil and cool vital components down before shut-off.
