went looking for one for a 2003 and not available anywhere except from Ford. Removed the PCF valve. Then went to a store that sold high pressure rubber hose. Bought a couple of feet, wasn't expensive at all. If the other end is to big or small purchase a foot to fit the fitting on the manifold and use plastic reducer from one size to the other. Quick and cheap.
