I would like to know what does this connector do
and if it possible just to buy that connector

The blue and white disc is a vacuum check valve. With it in a vacuum hose of that size and close to the firewall my first guess is it's for the heating and air conditioning system. Are you only getting air out of the defroster vent? If so, that's definitely what it is. Hope that helps! Jim

Yes I put panel and it goes to defrost and the hose is black it connected from the firewall but the little conector look broke on the other side
