Ok well what do I need to do about the cool air problem if I check hoses for leaks and find none

If you have automatic EATC controls, it could be the panel itself. If you have rotary controls, make sure the cable is connected to the blend door. With gauges attached, you will know if the system is low on refrigerant or not.

Blend door actuator probably not working. It moves the door from heat to cold.

are you blowing warm air because your low on refrigerant? Have a/c system evacuated and recharged,
