Plenty of companies offer remanufactured engines which will be like a new engine. It will be cheaper if you can provide a core deposit, namely the old engine block. Shipping can become expensive so try looking for a reman engine near you.

The only way to get a "new" engine is to have yours rebuilt. Not sure you can buy a fully rebuilt engine, just remanufactured.
