2003 Ford F-150 bad misfire

My truck is missing really bad. Check engine
light came on and code says lean on bank 1.
I changed COP's, plugs, and fuel filter. Ran
good for a couple months and just started
doing it again. Noticed one day my iat
sensor was out and hanging down one day. I
don't know if this has anything to do with it
or not

Maybe check your mass air flow sensor. If it is malfunctioning it can read too lean or too rich! Try cleaning it......
