Hello 1960s_girl -- I paid around $2,700 for my Mustang convertible back in 1966 (I am a 1960's guy.) It would be worth an average of over $23,000 today, so don't get the idea that I would sell it to you for "a decent profit." I hope you find one. Good luck from Bovan.

The 19641/2 base price was $ 2,364.00, and in 1965, base was 2456.00, and went up depending on the motor, trim,or GT model, and if it was a coupe, fastback, or convertible....hope this helps
