My car won't stop running....any idea where the main relay is on an 83 Honda Civic Station wagon

Hi looking for help with my Honda. Actually if anyone knows of a good mechanic that knows old Honda's in Vancouver please let me know. My mechanic is not keen on working on my car and is not that familiar with them. My car won't stop running and it isn't just a problem with the key ignition switch but likely electrical somewhere in the main relay which my mechanic doesn't know the location of in this year of honda. Any suggestions or help is welcome. I am very attached to my car and she still runs strong. Also, does anyone know where I could find a users manual for this model and year?
