84 Honda Accord LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 84 Honda Accord LX.

Problem: Car will only run if gas is poured down carburetor.Because Fuel pump not getting enough voltage.

Question:My question is about the wires running to the fuel pump from the fuel cut off relay.
The black and yellow wire(postive side)with the ignition switch ON.Does not show it's getting any voltage when a test light is applied to it. That same wire running into the fuse box from the right test light results shows voltage. But that same wire on the left side of the coming out of the fuse box shows not test light results shows no voltage.

I already replaced the fuel pump ,fuel cut off relay and fuse link  because the fuel pump shorted out. Checked the fuse was good.Did continuity test on fuel cut off relay outlet it showed continuity

Just put new wires there... And make sure the minus is good.. There are plenty of places to take the +12 ..
