Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1964 T-Bird and it has a double floor button on the drivers side. I know one is for the high beams but I cannot figure out what the other is for and I have not seen this option on any other bird . Do you know what it is for?

My uncle had that on his Chrysler New Yorker. I want to say it was a 1958.
