If it's a 1961 then it's a 390 big-block engine with a single 4 bbl. carb. since that was the only engine available in the T-Bird for that year. The tri-power triple carburetor 390 wasn't avaoilable until 1962. Depending on the condition and actual mileage it has, a used running big block from that era can go from $800 to $1000. If it doesn't run or runs but needs or could use a total rebuild then you are looking at half that price. if you have the later model triple carb setup installed on your '61 then you are looking at more money respectfully and you need to contact me as I'm looking for a tri-power setup for my 390 Ford motor.Kenny / MrblueOval
